Metropolitana Milanese commissioned us to provide design support for the public housing development on Via San Romanello, including the energy efficiency upgrade of the façades, the new roofing, the replacement of windows, stairwells, entrances, and fencing. We also oversaw the redevelopment of the entire development, including the new paving for both vehicles and pedestrians, the new street access, the new playground area, and the designated green spaces.
Both activities were carried out in the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study and Executive Design phases.

Residential complex on Via Arsia

Metropolitana Milanese commissioned us to provide design support for the residential complex on Via Arsia, including the energy efficiency upgrade of the façades, a new roofing package, replacement of exterior windows, and resurfacing of the balcony floors.
The activities were carried out both in the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study and Executive Design phases.
Project for a new office entrance shelter and a covered smoking area
Intervention area 200 m2 - Milan 2018
The project involves the construction of an entrance canopy and a new outdoor smoking area for an office building.
The canopy covering the turnstiles was covered with expanded metal to protect entering staff from rain and direct sunlight. The colors and shapes reflect the company brand.
The smoking area fits as a simple element into an existing courtyard.
