The new headquarters for the Noemi Milani Engineering firm, a company specializing in workplace safety and training, features 400 square meters of bright offices designed to meet the needs of collaborators, employees, and businesses. The project by STUDIO BIA-@RCH showcases a multitude of specific solutions that converge in an attractive and functional environment, designed to concretely translate the company's values. Culture, education, and ethical values are expressed in a space that, starting from its unfinished state, underwent a complete integrated design. The spaces, which focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, house, in addition to 20 workstations, a management office, a training room that can accommodate up to 25 people, three lounges dedicated to collaboration and relaxation, a meeting room, a break room, the reception, and finally an area for the occupational physician.

The project places people and their well-being at the center of every decision, ensuring a welcoming and innovative work environment . The floor plan, featuring airy and bright spaces, reflects the principles of Activity-Based Working, a working method aimed at reinventing spaces to make the experience more engaging and improve individual and corporate productivity. ABW ensures a less sedentary workstyle by offering sequences of rooms with different characteristics that foster greater relationships between colleagues and greater comfort. Dynamic and modern spaces are found here, where offices, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas flow seamlessly and are distributed across the floor.

Noemi Milani also upgraded and implemented the heating and cooling systems with a view to environmental sustainability, installing independent systems to optimize energy efficiency. In terms of sustainability, all rooms were adequately insulated to prevent heat loss and reduce operating costs. The design also included a moderate amount of recycled furnishings from the previous location, selected to match the desired image and functionality.
