CEO office and guest terrace project

Intervention area 800 m2   - Milan 2020

The project involves the creation of an area for executive offices on the ninth floor of the building, which will include a large space for the CEO's offices, along with meeting rooms and a furnished guest terrace. The project was designed to create a representative space capable of meeting the operational and interpersonal needs of management, organizing the spaces to distinguish work areas from those dedicated to meetings and reception.

Particular attention was paid to defining the offices' image, designed to convey a strong, representative image while also being warm and welcoming. The choice of prestigious materials and finishes contributes to creating an elegant and recognizable environment in which the quality of the interiors complements the managerial function without making it overly formal.

Wood, used to introduce a warm and natural material component, is complemented by fabrics and wallpapers, which enrich the spaces and contribute to a more comfortable and homely feel. The coordinated selection of finishes allows for a coherent identity across the different spaces.

The meeting rooms complete the floor's layout, offering spaces dedicated to discussion and networking with guests and colleagues. Added to this is the furnished guest terrace, designed as a space complementary to the interiors and a place for socializing.

The result is an elegant and contemporary executive environment, where representativeness and hospitality coexist through a design that is attentive to the quality of the spaces, the choice of materials, and the definition of an image consistent with the institutional character of the offices.
