The project commissioned by Prometeon included targeted layout optimization interventions, with the goal of making the workspaces more functional and responsive to new organizational needs. The project focused specifically on reorganizing the operational areas and meeting spaces, seeking a balance between increased workstation availability and spaces capable of accommodating larger groups.

The new configuration has allowed for increased open-plan space, organizing approximately 30 workstations in a larger, shared environment. The decision to concentrate the workstations in an open-plan space responds to the need to optimize available space and promote greater flexibility in organizing daily activities.

At the same time, the project included the creation of three flexible and reconfigurable meeting rooms, designed to accommodate a larger number of people. The ability to modify the space's configuration allows for more effective management of meetings and discussions with varying levels of participation, also taking into account the new requirements related to social distancing and the ways in which spaces are used that have emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The project therefore focused on flexibility as a central element of the new organization, through a layout that maximizes existing space and makes the spaces more easily adaptable to the company's diverse needs. The relationship between open-plan spaces and reconfigurable meeting rooms allows for a more dynamic system, in which spaces can be used differently depending on the activities to be performed.

The assignment includes a feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design, construction management, and building permit procedures, guiding the project from initial design assessments through to completion and completion of the necessary formalities.

The result is a targeted reorganization of work spaces, oriented towards better management of available surfaces and greater flexibility of use.
