Sisal commissioned us to renovate its spaces to make them more suitable for collaborative activities and more visually appealing, dedicating an entire floor to the SisalPay and Sisal.it brands. The project involved a complete renovation of the floor and the creation of a new layout designed to meet the needs of a more dynamic, flexible, and collaborative way of working.

The new layout introduces differentiated workspaces based on the task at hand, alternating open-plan workstations, more private spaces, and areas dedicated to collaboration and smart working . The layout was designed to offer users the ability to choose the environment best suited to their different needs throughout the day, encouraging both concentration and individual work, as well as discussion and teamwork.

Brainstorming areas, phone booths, breakout areas, and copy desks have been introduced, creating a sequence of informal and functional spaces that enrich the daily workspace experience. Informal collaborative spaces encourage teamwork and the exchange of ideas, while more intimate areas allow for tasks requiring greater privacy or concentration.

The project follows the principles of the flexible office, a modern concept that aims to promote engagement and well-being based on the concepts of flexibility, modularity and reconfigurability .

Particular attention was paid to the interior design and the choice of materials and finishes. State-of-the-art materials were used, characterized by sound-absorbing, non-toxic, and air-regenerating properties, contributing to improved comfort and environmental quality. The material solutions were complemented by careful color research, in which the use of color makes the space open to creativity and contributes to defining a more dynamic and recognizable image of the two brands.

The space has a total of approximately 100 open-plan workstations, 3 individual offices, 2 meeting rooms, 2 consultant meeting rooms, 4 informal meeting rooms, 4 phone booths, 2 conference call rooms, and 1 break area.

The result is an environment capable of supporting various daily activities and translating the dynamic image of the SisalPay and Sisal.it brands through layout, materials, and colors.
