The project involved the design of the office floor of Mooney's Milan headquarters, for which STUDIO BIA-@RCH oversaw the complete renovation of the spaces and interior design. The project stemmed from the need to create a space that would represent the company, conveying authority and professionalism without sacrificing a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere.

The new spatial configuration was developed through a differentiated layout, designed to accommodate the various activities and levels of representation required. The spaces are organized by alternating areas for daily work, reception areas, and more intimate spaces. The layout thus allows for the different uses to be distinguished, while maintaining a coherent and organic vision of the entire floor.

Particular attention was paid to the executive and reception areas. The CEO's office was designed as a self-contained and complete unit, complete with a dedicated meeting room, bathroom, kitchenette, and a secretarial office with four workstations. These spaces are complemented by a presidential office, two private offices, six workstations organized in enclosed offices, and sixteen workstations in open-plan spaces, ensuring a flexible distribution of work styles.

The floor also includes three additional meeting rooms, designed to support discussion and collaboration, and a break area for relaxing and socializing. The diverse spaces accommodate the needs of a contemporary business environment, alternating more formal and representative spaces with more informal and convivial ones.

The choice of prestigious materials and finishes helps define the interiors' identity and reinforce the headquarters' representative character. The design solutions were selected with the goal of creating an elegant and recognizable environment, in which the quality of the materials complements a sense of comfort and welcome, preventing the spaces' institutional image from becoming overly rigid.

The result is a management floor where functionality, image, and comfort coexist thanks to a design that is attentive to the company's operational and interpersonal needs. An environment capable of hosting individual activities and moments of discussion has been created, while ensuring an identity consistent with the headquarters' institutional and management role.
